This indian yoghurtdrink is an ideal postworkout drink to rehydrate your body and restore your proteins and minerals

200ml Greek yogurt
1/2 medium banana
1/2 mango
1 tsp honey
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tl curcuma
6 mint leaves
3 ice cubes
→ Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink immediately.
200ml Griekse yoghurt
1/2 medium banaan
1/2 mango
1 tl honing
sap van 1/2 citroen
1/2 tl kurkuma
6 muntblaadjes
3 ijsblokjes
→ Doe alle ingrediënten in een blender en blend tot een smooth geheel. Drink meteen.
