For 8 portions: 

24 tbsp rolled oats | 8 tbsp sesame seeds | 12 tbsp almonds, crushed | 4 tbsp hennep seeds | 4 tbsp pine nuts, crushed | 4 tbsp pumpkin seeds, crushed | 4 tbsp dried cranberries | 4 tsp cinnamon | 2 tsp clove | 4 tbsp honey | 4 tbsp hazelnut oil

 

→ Preheat the oven to 160°C. Mix all the above ingredients and transfer to baking plate. Bake the granola for 15 minutes. Keep in an airtight jar for a month.
