For a can (4 glasses)

1.5 liters/5 cups water  | 1 lemon | 1 orange | 1 grapefruit | a few mint leaves | 1 spring of rosemary | 1 tsp liquid honey | 2 tbsp Tagatesse | 6 teabags of choice (my favorites: marakkesh, rosebottel peach and earl gray)

→ Bring the water to a boil. Cut the fruit into coarse pieces and partially squeeze it into a large heat-resistant bowl. Hang the teabags in the bowl. Add the honey, sweetener, mint leaves and rosemary. When the water boils, pour it into the bowl with the fruit. Let the tea cool down in the fridge for at least an hour so that all the flavors can mix well.
