Cheesecake waffles sounds too good to be true but they are not! Crunchy on the outside and super soft on the inside. These waffles are the ideal dish when you can stay a little bit longer in bed.
Makes 4-5 waffles
→ Mix in a large mixing bowl the yogurt, cream cheese and milk into a liquid mixture. Add the honey, lemon juice, vanilla-essence and salt. Sieve the flour over the bowl and mix again into a smooth batter. Preheat the waffle iron and grease it with some butter. Make sure all corners are greased so that the fittings do not stick. Pour some batter on the iron and bake the waffles, about 8-10 minutes, golden brown. Serve with homemade raspberry jam or fruit.
