Apple breakfast pie

 

Makes four portions:

80g rolled oats | 80g almond flour | 30ml coconut oil, liquid | 1 tbsp maple syrup | 2 tbsp nut butter | pinch of salt | 2 apples | a handful dried cranberries | cinnamon | 1 tbsp almond flakes | yogurt to serve

→ Preheat the oven to 180°C. Take a large bowl. Mix with a spoon the rolled oats with the almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, nut butter and salt. Spread this mixture in a baking mold. Cut the apples in equal pieces and range them with the cranberries on top of the oats. Season with cinnamon and sprinkle the almond flakes. Bake 10 minutes. Serve warm with some yogurt and possibly some jam.
