Ingrediënts (for 15 balls):
20 big, seedless medjooldates | 2 tbsp extra vergine olive oil | 2 tbsp coconut flakes | 2 tbsp cocoa powder | 1 tbsp spirulina | toppings: crushed nuts, coconut flakes or cocoa powder
→ Put the medjool dates in a foodprocessor and pulse 2 minutes. Put the other ingredients in the processor and pulse until a homogeneous ball. Set 15 minutes in the refrigerator. Roll with your hands 15 balls and cover with cocoa powder, crushed nuts or coconut flakes. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
